Great addition to your portable satellite ground station:

  • No more holding your Arrow or other lightweight antenna during satellite passes. Maximum Antenna weight is 2lb (900 grams) Note: the Arrow Alaskan antenna will be too heavy for this rotor.
  • Automatically aims the antenna based on input from most commercially available satellite tracking software (e.g., SatPC32, SkyRoof, HRDSatTrack, Gpredict, MacDoppler, PstRotator, etc.).
  • Wireless connection to any 2.4GHz WiFi network.
  • Directly communicates with the CSN Technologies S.A.T. Box via UDP over WiFi. 
  • Designed to be mounted on a standard camera tripod with 1/4-20 mounting bolt.
  • Operates well with a 3Ah LifePO4 battery (not included).  Comes with 12 VDC wall power supply to facilitate testing during assembly and initial calibration.

Kit comes complete with all necessary components and enclosures:

  • All components are bagged in anti-static zip lock bags and labeled for convenient identification.
  • All custom parts are commercially 3-D printed using resin with good heat resistance and durability.  The sun’s UV will slightly discolor the resin, but does not affect its durability.
  • Includes a 12 VDC, 1 A wall power supply for testing and calibration.
  • Does NOT include the antenna, camera tripod, or battery for portable operation.
